Harvey Mandel – The Snake (1972, Janus Records) (Front/Back Cover) (Design: Phil Hartman)
During Phil’s years at CSU he created a handful of album designs for several recording artists, including the innovative blues rock-guitarist Harvey Mandel (aka ‘The Snake’). A true stand-out in Phil’s body of work, his abilities as painter, photographer and designer are fully on display with this gate-fold LP.
